I think Madrid is broken

Every time I play the Madrid track, the planes go to the respective hangars and stop pulsing. They sit there for minutes at a time, but planes keep coming. I wind up with up to 50+ planes sitting around the ramp while I wait for the wine hangar to take minutes at a time. I dont think that is supposed to happen.

Also, touch control is poor - very poor. I like the concept, but execution is disappointing.
